Div 2 - Cooking, or cooked?

Div 2 is inching closer and closer to EP.... how exciting!

I think we will very soon see if Wright's route choice will have paid off. I think their success in this race is a huge testament to their running ability, diligence and solid pacing, as this route wasn't recommended by the course setters.

Griffin have done an incredible job pulling out so far ahead of their other Div 2 competition. Only a few hours ago they were all fairly neck and neck along the Corn Trail, so they are clearly a very speedy team, particularly this long into the race when they've got some serious kms and vert in the legs. (Please don't tell Nick I ever complimented him).

Ursies have done a bit of a full circle moment and landed back on the Corn Trail after heading west, mucking around a bit in some smaller trails, and eventually bashing back to land on the cob. I've said this once and I'll say it again. IB runners will do anything to avoid doubling back on themselves - it's a loop or bust!!!
