Early Div 7 Update

Division 7

Ursies are looking strong in the lead after being the first to depart Drop. Johns, Wamburun, and Griffin aren't far behind on the same route. This route, turning onto Granite Bluff Forest Road, is one of the shortest, but does have a bit of extra climb.

Lodge are taking the Northern Fire Trail, which is longer, but flatter. This may prove to be a wise choice and competitive with a southerly route. It may come down to a tight race as teams converge at the three-way intersection of Monga Lane and Sawyers Ridge Rd into the same Endpoint approach.

Burgmann are looking dangerously close to a Division 7-specific exclusion zone, but it looks like they may have realised. Fingers crossed!

Bruce are back at the intersection with Kings Hwy where we began ferrying them earlier...wonder if the ground feels familiar? They can still take a valid route to Endpoint, but will have covered more distance than other teams.

Yukeembruk are back at Drop? We hope they realise.

Fenner and Wright haven't covered much ground and are on Link Road and B&G are on Monga Lane. We wait to see where they decide to go next, will they follow Ursies & Co. or choose their own way?

After accompanying Div 7 all night, I'll log off for a sec but Jacob will have all Div 7 breaking news covered!
