  All Div 7 teams are on the move headed south! The entirety of the div 7 course is in Murramarang National Park, a gorgeous coastal park, and the only way to get to endpoint is by crossing the beach at Durras North before heading into the south of the park where the approach to endpoint is.   At the Quart Pot Rd x Ross Ridge Rd fork, Bruce div 1 and Bruce div 2 have each gone their own way. Distance-wise, both routes to the same point Runnyford Road are comparable, though because it follows the river, the eastern way is less hilly. At the intersection between The River Rd and The Sheep Track, teams can either continue on The River Rd or take The Sheep Track to swing south further east.   Division 3/4 seems to have turned into a social fun run with most teams taking the major intended route via The River Road, many of them within hundreds of metres of each other. Bruce div 3 and Ursies div 4 have taken Middle Ridge road, which puts them on course towards an excluded area along Old Coach Road... If they have an ace up to sleeve to get around that, it could cut out serious kms from their route, let's see what they do… Read more.

  It is a close race over 20kms into Division 1/2 at the front between Bruce 1, Bruce 2, B&G 1 and Griffin 1! The Bruce teams and B&G all took Pistol Shot Road, but Griffin seems to have taken a route on minor forestry roads mostly used by dirt bikes, slowing them down somewhat, as they're just reaching a major road again now.
