Isolation sure is tiring

Divisions 1-4 have a long night ahead of them.

Many runners will attempt to sleep on the bus - but, speaking from experience, this is way easier said than done. Both times I ran IB, I ended up staying awake for over 30 hours straight. Running up to 100km is one thing, but the fatigue adds a whole nother level, especially if you’re trying to concentrate on navigating without error.

If runners can manage to catch some extra sleep while they’re in isolation, this could be a serious advantage. There are certainly many runners trying!
